If you are moving house, please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to move your Sure fixed services.
The lead times for moving or cancelling fixed services can be up to 30 working days**. To avoid delays with access to your services, please make sure that you inform us in good time.
** If an engineer is required to attend the property, this can take longer than 15 working days.
What do you need to know when moving house:
- You will need to ensure that you take your router and any router cables with you to the new property.
- If you have Fibre, your ONT will need to remain in situ with all cables, including the Ethernet from your ONT to the router.
- If your new property is fibre-ready and requires installation of an ONT, the provisioning team at Sure will manage this with you accordingly.

We will need you to provide:
- Sure account number/phone number
- New address including postcode
- Mobile contact number
- Email address
- Moving date - this will need to be a weekday
- Proof of Address (If the property already has an active service).

We will need you to provide:

- Date of the cease - this will need to be a weekday
- Forwarding address
*If your services are still in contract then ceasing will incur contractual charges.
