What are boosters?

Boosters are an add on for any current mobile plan. Each booster provides a different benefit whilst roaming. Boosters can be put in place to reduce any potential roaming charges you may incur, meaning you are less likely to hit your spend limit, keeping you stress-free on your holiday. 

Do I need a booster?

Whilst some of our pay monthly plans include a certain amount of roaming data, you may find yourself needing more. Our Roaming data boosters allows you to add on more roaming data reducing the need to use chargeable spend limit. So whilst you don’t have to have a booster, it could come in handy, especially if you are going to go over your allowance.

Our roaming booster can help reduce any potential costs that can incur, making it a great option if you're looking to reduce charges for calls, texts, and data usage whilst away. 

What Boosters do we offer?

Our Roaming Data Boosters allows you to add on more Roaming Data. We currently offer a 2GB, 5GB & 10GB Data Roaming Booster options. We also offer a 30-Day 5GB Data Roaming Booster which is valid on your phone plan for 30 days.

If you’re someone wanting to make calls and text messages whilst abroad, our roaming booster can reduce up to 50% of the chargeable call, text and data usage in Zones 1 and 2. To see if the country you’re going to is included in zone 1 or 2 please go to the link here: Roaming Charges

How long will boosters stay on my Account for?

Both the Roaming booster and data roaming boosters remain on your phone plan until you remove them or contact us to remove them for you.​

Our 30-Day Roaming Booster is valid on your phone for 30 days and will be automatically removed after the 30 days have been completed.

How can I add a booster?

Boosters can be added on your My Sure Account on the manage monthly booster section that looks like this:

How can I remove a booster?

Boosters can be removed from our website here: Roaming Boosters Just fill in the form at the bottom of the page that looks like this:
